In 2016, Paylor Transport began its journey with husband-and-wife duo, Greg & Lucille Paylor, providing transportation for the local Amish community to and from their businesses at Jim's Market in Chambersburg. Pa. Over time, the need for transportation to and from Doctor appointments, shopping trips, and family visiting increased immensely. They soon realized there was a great demand for these services, decided to pursue it full time and moved to Shippensburg, Pa to make their dream a reality.

Having connections in both the Amish & Mennonite communities, both Greg & Lucille drove 15 passenger vans to accommodate the community's needs. Quickly, they found their business grew to be quite difficult with three young children at home while coordinating this full-time schedule. A third van was added to the business, and they hired drivers to assist Greg, with Greg still doing the bulk of the driving. 

Fast forward to 2022, Paylor Transport acquired an airport, train, cruise and event shuttle business from former LL Transit Express, LLC. This afforded the growth of their fleet to a total 16 vehicles: (4) Minivans, (1) 12 passenger Van, (5) 15 passenger Vans, (1) 15 passenger Minibus, (1) 31 passenger Bus and (3) trucks including various trailers for all the hauling needs of customers. Paylor Transport has been blessed with continuous growth affording (11) - full and part time drivers as well a dedicated dispatcher working from an office and garage located in Shippensburg. Greg & Lucille have built the business from the ground up by providing transportation in many situations whether it was short or long distance with a reputation for affordability and dependability. Always treating the customers like family with respect and courteous service that is second to none.
